Book TicketsThere will be a free bus with pick up points around Emsworth, including the train station, to bring you to the festival. We have included the times and pick up points, here.
In addition, the 700 bus takes you directly to the festival.
Emsworth train station is only a 20 minute walk from the festival, or you can hop on the free bus which stops there.
Parking is available but limited, therefore we recommend pre-booking your parking space.

Yes, you can buy tickets at the entrance on arrival. However, if you book your tickets in advance, you will enjoy 10% discount off the full price. We strongly advise pre-booking to avoid disappointment.

There is limited parking at the venue.
Car parking Tickets can be booked online along with your festival tickets and are charged at £3 per car. To avoid disappointment we advise pre-booking parking tickets.
The nearest railway station is Emsworth and is only a 20 minute walk from The Christmas Festival. Train services run regularly from Brighton to Portsmouth. Our dedicated free bus service will arrive every half hour to shuttle train goers to the Festival.
On top of our free bus service, which will stop at numerous locations around Emsworth, the 700 bus connects Portsmouth to Chichester and runs regularly past the closest bus stop, Thorney Road. Additional bus services will connect towns in Hampshire and West Sussex to Emsworth so make sure to check the Stagecoach website.
Yes, we will have allocated disabled parking for badge holders. Just present your badge to a car park attendee and they will guide you.
The site will be accessible via mobility scooter, but the ground may be uneven in some places. Please be cautious when traversing the festival ground by mobility scooter.

Yes, there will be plenty of toilets on the site.
Yes, there will be disabled toilets.
A baby changing marquee will be available.
No dogs are allowed except those needed to assist.
The Shopping Village, Food Hall and Cafe are located in heated marquees providing complete shelter. The entertainment areas are uncovered, however there is a large, covered area in front of the stage, next to the bar and eateries.
Stalls will take cash and card. However, there will be a cashback service in the main info tent next to the entrance.
Tickets are day specific and not refundable unless The Christmas Festival is completely cancelled, and we can’t reschedule, in which case pre-bought tickets will be carried over to the next year.
We would be most grateful if visitors could please refrain from smoking or vaping on the site even though much of the area is outdoors, particularly near food outlets. A covered smoking area will be provided.
